I’m Marko, and my love for computers started when I was fourteen, with a ZX Spectrum 48K my parents managed to bring home — smuggled across the border, according to the family story. I learned BASIC on it, struggled through assembler, and eventually moved on to more “serious” languages. That early curiosity set me on a path that eventually became my profession.
Today I work in computer science, focusing on user modeling and recommender systems. In my spare time, I return to where it all began: collecting, repairing, and learning from the machines of the 70s, 80s, and 90s. This blog is my place to share that journey.
